Suggested Usage:
How to Apply:
-Shake well before each use.
-Apply two to three layers to the lash line using the ultra-thin, precision-tip brush.
-Allow up to two minutes to fully dry.
-Once dry, carefully lay your Lashes (sold separately) on top of the liner as close as possible to the lash line.
-Once comfortably applied to lash line, adjust the lash to desired position.
