Returns and exchanges

We are so confident in our products that we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee! If you bought the wrong style of lashes, or decided you don’t want an item, you can return unopened products in original, sellable condition to us within 14 days of delivery. Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The product must not have been opened/used, show any signs of wear and tear, and all original packaging must be included in your return. If your returned item has been opened or used, arrives without all original packaging or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason, we reserve the right to deny your refund or exchange.

If you need to return your order, please email us at with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your order. Our customer support team will then ask a few mandatory questions regarding your return in order for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system and send you our returns instructions and address.


We take pride in the quality of our products and each product is checked 1-3x before it's shipped out to you. However, if you feel you have received a faulty item, please email as soon as possible from the time the delivery was made so we can make this right.

Damaged and defective products are covered under our 14-day, money-back guarantee in which affected customers have the choice of receiving a replacement product sent out at no additional charge or having their purchase amount for the damaged or defective product(s) refunded. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. 


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Beauty Lashed accepts exchange requests within 14 days of order delivery. Exchanges are limited to once per order. Only items of the same type are eligible for exchange. If the items in the exchange request are not equal in price, the customer is responsible for the price increase. Please note that free gifts are non-exchangeable.
