Our Standard Shipping Rates:

Domestic Standard (3-8 Business Days) - $4.95 with free shipping on orders over $40

USPS First Class (3-5 Business Days) - $6.95

Domestic Priority (2 Business Days) - $14.95

 

Rest of World Shipping Time

Please allow 7-15 Days for your order to arrive if ordering from outside of the USA.

We ship from our USA and Canada warehouses. Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 business hours and all orders are shipped with tracking.

In-Transit Times are as follows:

United States: 1 - 3 business days
Canada: 4 - 8 business days
United Kingdom: 4 - 8 business days
Ireland: 4 - 8 business days
Australia: 2 - 8 business days
Europe: 4 - 8 business days
Rest of the World: 7 - 15 business days

Please note these In-Transit Times are estimates only and we are unable to guarantee delivery within these estimated time frames. The above In-Transit Times do not include weekends, public holidays or processing times. There could be longer delays during busy sale periods such as storewide sales or the coronavirus outbreak, which is unfortunately out of our control.

Route Shipping Insurance

Route is a third party application, that allows customers to buy shipping insurance for all orders. Route ensures protection of customers shipment in case of lost or stolen. In order to apply for Route's Shipping Insurance, you are given the option to add the insurance during check out. If you apply for Route's Shipping Insurance, you will receive an email with instructions of how to file a claim if necessary. You can also proceed to file a claim with Route.

Lost Orders or Tracking Issues

  • An order is considered lost if tracking never confirms package status as "delivered"
  • If tracking shows no movement or looks to be stuck after exceeding the appropriate amount of shipping days, then orders may be considered lost and a claim will need to be made

How many days following the last tracking update should I file my claim?

  • USA orders - 7 days
  • Canadian orders - 20 days
  • Australian orders shipped from our AU warehouse - 7 days
  • Australian orders shipped from our USA warehouse - 20 days
  • International orders - 20 days

Claims for orders lost in-transit must be filed no later than 30 days from the last available tracking update to be considered valid.

Stolen Orders

  • An order is considered stolen if tracking confirms package status as "delivered," but not received
  • Route asks that you wait 5 days from the day your package status was marked delivered before reaching out and filing your claim

Claims for stolen orders must be filed within 15 days from the date your package was missing.

 

What are the shipping details?

 

  • Once your order is shipped out of the warehouse, your courier will confirm the tracking information within their system. From there we’ll email you your tracking information so you can keep up to date with your order as it gets closer to your doorstep!
  • We print every shipping label exactly as it's entered on our website. Please be sure to double check your shipping address before completing your order to ensure that your package is shipping to the right location. If you believe that your address may be incorrect, please reach out to support@BeautyLashed.com, direct message, or call a support agent and we'll be happy to verify or correct this information for you. We cannot correct any addresses once an order has been processed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible for any corrections.
  • Orders are shipped out within 2 business days. Our warehouse is closed on weekends. Expedited shipping does not affect processing times.
